ReferralsIndividuals can self-refer by contacting our Clinical Counselling Services.
Referrals can also be made through school counsellors and other professionals. What to ExpectUpon referral or initial phone call, one of our Clinical Counselling staff will answer any questions you may have. We will conduct a brief assessment to ensure that this counselling service is the right fit for your needs.
As this is a teaching program for Master’s level counselling students, our program runs from September to May. Over the summer, we provide a limited number of counselling services, and we begin to create a wait-list of clients. Individuals can be referred throughout the year and will be matched to available counsellors / counselling student as space permits. You may be placed on a wait-list until a space becomes available. Once you have booked your initial appointment, please read and familiarize yourself with our Participant Handbook, Confidentiality Agreement and our Consent to Services Form. Your counsellor / counselling student will go over these forms in your initial visit, and by familiarizing yourself with these forms beforehand, you spend less time on paperwork at your appointment. Our Clinical Counselling Services are located at 20618 Eastleigh Crescent in the City of Langley. |
